Using mouseover macros cause the action button values to blink each time you mouse over a new target #15

When using a mouseover macro, the heal/damage value for the spell on the action bars blinks every time a new target is found with the cursor.

Example of a mouseover macro: #showtooltip /use [@mouseover,help,exists][] Renew(Rank 9)
