Unstable Affliction #32

Currently only shows 5 ticks instead of 6 with the new 18s duration. Also is it possible to add the dispel dmg for it? like how the initial dmg on immolate works along with the dot

I can fix the duration but atm I don't have a great way of displaying dispel dmg without it being included in total dps and evaluation which I don't think it should be so I'll leave it as it is.
