Adds HMAC signature support for webhook subscriptions that desire to authenticate the service raising the events. And fixes #3

At this point, we are suspending this PR until the next release of ServiceStack v.4.5.8, since this PR is dependent on the pre-Release version of ServiceStack v.4.5.7.
