Created the Code system and value set for the License Type - organization.qualification

For NPI Taxonomy, use this ValueSet: Valueset-provider-taxonomy - FHIR v5.0.0 (hl7.org). More information:

This ValueSet has nearly 900 values. Presently the UI is a drop-down. I would suggest it should be a TEXT field for the code only. Then we don't need to expand it.

Created the Value set (which includes 'Service Type' and 'License Type') for the organization.qualification .

Since we are overloading the Organization.type element, I recommend we create slices for each of the valuesets:
