flowtype definition #35

Is it possible to publish flowtype definition at https://github.com/flowtype/flow-typed.

Hi, @bsr203!

That's a great idea! The flow types are relatively new to the repo, so I may need to clean them up to avoid global name collisions, but publishing them via flow-typed is a good idea. Thanks!
