heat only option for thermostat? #272

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: <Although my thermostat supports cool and heating, it is connected to a gas furnace>

Describe the solution you'd like: <I would like a feature to allow heat only option, removing the cool option on Homekit>

Ummm can you remind me if the thermostat itself will run in heat only mode? Like can you set your thermostat to only have heat enabled? I just want to make sure we mirror the device capability before adding extra customization.

This is doable though and can probably just be a configuration option when you setup the plugin to enable/disable the modes you want. (Auto, heat, cool)
