Need to add Piroshki on 3rd to the SEA JSON file.

Piroshki on 3rd serves savory and sweet Russian turnovers (Piroshki) along 20 different varieties of the savory, pastry-wrapped pockets which are their specialty at this counter-serve cafe. They are also dishing out traditional soups, dumplings, salads and more. The piroshki are great, but the thing to order is the Pelmeni which is chicken-filled dumplings in a steaming broth.
