Cornbread Cafe is a colorful cafe with comfy booths and counter stools for homestyle vegan grub with organic ingredients. From their website, 'Sheree and Kristy met in the summer of 2009 after Sheree posted an ad on Craigslist looking for a vegan entrepreneur. The two hit it off and soon started planning the opening of their food cart. The cart made its debut in January of 2010 on the corner of 13th and Oak. Cornbread Cafe’s mission is to provide a consistent, comforting, and quality dining experience. We endeavor to provide excellent customer service while remaining a fun, affordable, sustainable, community-oriented restaurant that serves awesome vegan comfort food!'
