Paulie Gee's Logan Square is a rustic-chic eatery with a bar serving wood-fired pizzas featuring unusual names and gourmet ingredients. From the Chicago Eater website, 'Expect some of the most unique toppings Chicago has seen, on wood-fired New York-style pies, cooked in two Stefano Ferrera ovens imported from Napoli, Italy.
