From the Austin Eater website, 'The South Manchaca truck serves up Mexican-style hot dogs, where beef franks are wrapped in bacon and served with options like chili con carne and shredded Mexican cheese or a chorizo crema sauce.' Jose R. Ralat retweeted 'This is why @TacoTrail is a must-follow. Would have never known about these El Paso-style flautas in ATX at El Perrito food truck on S Congress otherwise.'
