From their website, ‘We are bringing the Land Of Enchantment to the County Of Kings, serving authentic New Mexico flavors in North Brooklyn.’ From the New York City Eater website, ‘Santa Fe BK’s homage to the Land of Enchantment highlights smothered burritos, queso, an extensive margarita list, and some off-menu surprises. Back in October of last year, when co-owners and spouses Melissa Klein and John Watterberg opened Santa Fe BK in Williamsburg, they were only serving up three varieties of Southwestern-style breakfast burritos, french fries, and a Green Chile burger. It was a small but mighty menu that Eater senior critic Robert Sietsema said had him “hooked” and sent him on a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Here Be Barr recommends ordering the Green Chile Cheeseburger. The Green Chile Breakfast Burritos with either Sausage, Bacon, or Potato looked really good, too.
