From their website, ‘Rachel’s Ginger Beer (RGB) is made in Seattle using fresh water, lemons, pure cane sugar, and ginger. We believe in this brew, and we’re pretty sure that you will, too. Our ginger beer got its start at the local Seattle farmer’s markets. In the summer of 2013, we opened our flagship store in Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market. Stop by and have a Moscow Mule made with your favorite ginger beer flavor, enjoy an RGB ice cream float, or pick up a growler from our selection of seasonal flavors. Simple ingredients are key. Fresh lemons, strong roots, organic cane sugar, and good water are brought together and brewed to taste here in Seattle. Partnering with several local farms, we’ve befriended through Seattle Farmers markets, we brew with care and attention to detail, offering our original recipe, a standing selection of popular favorite flavors, and rotating seasonal varietals.’
