Need to run broken link checker against Accessibility DC.

Fixed most of them but for some reason, the W3C's broken link checker is attempting to check PDF and PPT file types.

I am going to keep this open for now, so I can check when I'm not on wifi with a battery that is going to die soon and I can save power.
