Need to update Washington Wine and Cheese website with the new responsive design from jfciii.com.

Went through and cleaned up a bit of old cruddy code in preparation for moving it to be responsive.

Next is to run the W3C broken link checker against the website, fix those issues or redirect them for all the HTTPS changes, then read through the content and make updates.

Deleted the blog by mistake without having a backup so might only make it a one page explainer page for people.

Updated website to point to the Group.io website along with e-mail addresses from their to join etc.

The Washington Wine and Cheese website META data has been updated and the website made responsive.
