support for angular Version 9 #54

When we can expect angular 9 compatible version

Hi @ravik3592,

I'll do it this weekend but I tried ngx-malihu-scrollbar v8.0.0 with Angular 9 and it works fine. You can ignore the peer dependency warning for now until the update.

Update to Angular 9 has been done! You can update ngx-markdown to v9.0.0.
