An error occurred while loading the PDF file. #20

Hi, when i try to open a PDF i get:

At the same time, i get a prompt to download the file when I do, so the file work fine? why do i get “Retrieval failed”?

Probably something on your PC takes over the download from the browser. Such as IDM.
