Value of C15 & C16 #1

Hi,

In the Pauline\Hardware_Pauline\Pauline_RevB_4Layers\pauline_bom.csv C15 and C16 values are 100µF 6.3V while Pauline\Hardware_Pauline\Pauline_RevB_4Layers\pauline_costs.txt mentions 47µF 6.3V

I mounted mine with 47µF and it seems to be ok.
