Added current Stroheim assets #21

Added the following assets:

Punch
Hamon Punch
Laser Eye
Laser
Sprint
Slide
Double Punch
Knee Attack

I also bound a few of them to keys so that we can test them before the weapon wheel is added:

Punch: Q
Hamon Punch: E
Double Punch: R
Knee Attack: T

I didn't program the effects of these attacks and some of them look wonky so I'm opening some issues so we can track them
