What does it do?

Add some data cleanup and workflow fixes.
- There were some instances where it looked like the data was not added to the database. I went in by hand and fixed these issues.
- I still have the recurrent problem of the database crashing seemingly randomly. I have messed with some of the database settings to see if this fixes them. I also noticed that there are some changes I can make to the workflow to reduce DB usage which may help too.
