Created basic log for placeholder profile pic in the navigation
Test it with the following account: q@q.com password: qqqqqq
And then try it with a new user.
q user should display placeholder image whilst newly registered users should display placeholder
Code to be refactored to include ruby helpers + iron out code a bit
