timerEnd not resetting function on page refresh #69

I am using the updated code which counts down from a date specified however 
when the specified date passes the counter goes into a negative count rather 
that stopping at 00:00:00:00 (dd:hh:mm:ss). I have set a function on timerEnd 
to execute which it does but for some reason when i set the day to the future 
the timerEnd function still runs.

Is there a way to have the timer stop at 00:00:00:00 and execute a function and 
when the start date is set in future it will stop the timerEnd function and 
resume the normal countdown?
