We don't have an About page #1

We need an About page. When we've got one, we can close this issue. Until then, we can in this issue discuss the About page.

This project arose out of a TeX Hour Accessibility Discussion on 10 June 2021. The discussion is broken into 9 clips, each on average about 10 minutes long. You can watch the video here (YouTube).

I'll create for each clip an issue (so that we can check, improve and share the content of the clip).

Here's an example of what we could use this issue tracker for. By chance I came across Pierre-François-Victor Foucault, inventor of braille printing machine (1843), and I explored the topic.

Rather than throw away the links I've found, I've put them in into an issue #12, so that me or someone else do something useful with them.

Similarly, Wanda Díaz-Merced (blind astronomer) and sonification in #13.
