Use -Wall -Werror #7

I set ghc-options to -Wall in the Cabal config when I started in on things and have already cleaned up everything other than the latest changes for the Safe module. Any interest in using HLint as well?

HLint would be awesome. Feel free to turn off any suggestions you disagree with.

I would like to add a travis config too. Ultimately look into a continuous delivery solution.

Also FWIW, feel free to release new versions any time. You should have access to push to Hackage with your credentials
