Todo: pick tile colors/materials.

Replace bathroom walls and ceiling with sheetrock. Finish and paint bathroom.
Cultured marble shower cabinet. Cost is lower than tile and almost no grout. Fusion grout will not stain.
Need to pick shower color.
Shower drain should be in center of shower, unless that is a large cost increase.

[ ] Price Fibo laminate wall system instead of drywall.

Only a shower pan will be needed.
[ ] Replace window with vertical sash that opens from top to eliminate drainage issue in current bathroom window.

Shower, vanity and toilet can remain in their current location.
[ ] Cover ceiling with drywall.
[ ] Replace exhaust fan & light with higher volume, quiet fan.

Light should be LED natural light.
