Multiple notifications for one password entry #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Try to fill in one login form
2. Mac OS asks me the authorization to use Keychain passwords : (1) when 
loading the page (2) when choosing a login and using tabulation key to complete 
the corresponding password, and (3) when I submit the form.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The notification should be asked once when loading the passwords, not three 
times for one single form.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mac OS 10.6, FF 14.0 beta channel (had the same behaviour on FF 13.0)
