Store your Firefox website usernames and passwords in Apple's Keychain Services, just like Safari and other browsers do on OS X.

I use a mac and pc on a daily basis. Does this addon keep new and existing
logins in both the mac keychain and firefox sync?

I'm actually not sure as I don't use Firefox Sync; I don't like the idea of
synching my passwords online. The addon simply provides an alternative password
storage mechanism, so if Firefox Sync is using the standard library to get
passwords to sync, I guess it might work fine.

If you try it, it would be good to know whether it works...

Backup your keychain and give it a try, I guess... I've had questions in the
past about supporting storing the Sync password, which suggests people are
using it, but nobody has ever elaborated. Keep in mind that if it does work it
will probably sync all your Keychain passwords.

Hello!

Combining keychain backend and Firefox Sync does not work properly! For
instance, passwords in my mac are not updated when I change them on another
machine...
