Do we want an instrument class rather than just a direct beam file? #27

Each instrument will need a range of associated parameters to describe it:

Direct beam (incident flux)file
Angle at which this file is appropriate
Scaling factor if not quadratic with angle
Range of angles available
Background as a function of angle/Q/Wavelength/contrast/ etc.

Decide the best way to implement this and then create new issue for implementing the design

Just checking the script which is use for ISIS instruments to make the DB file, and see that they are all scaled to 0.7 degrees, which may be a slightly easier solution for the angle issue
