Competition Results - Eligibility Category Results with No Championship Filter Produces Duplicate Results #1124

Describe the bug When producing eligibility category results from the competition results page, if no championship filter is provided, athletes will be duplicated in each eligible category based on the number of categories they're eligible for.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Import the linked database.
  2. Go to competition results
  3. Download eligible category results
  4. See error

Expected behavior Each athlete is only listed once per eligible category.
