add seasonid for 2021-22, add teamids, conferences changed for realignment #21

I added the seasonid for 2021-22 to the get_date_games() function. I also updated teamids.RData to include the ids for 2021-22, and adding St. Thomas who is new to D1. I adjusted conferences based on realignment for this year.
