ESC#2 Missing After Flash #76

RickDebug9182020.txt Debug file attached.

JESC Config found all 4 escs without issue. Flashed firmware and now ESC#2 is missing. Motor #2 does not spin in EMU Flight. Tried multiple lipos as well as repeatedly hitting read setup, still not working.

Any help would be great, thanks!
