Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro problems

• [x] audio muted (had to change default audio output from HDMI to PCH, see http://archlinux.me/w0ng/2012/07/06/alsa-switch-audio-usb-headset/)
• [x] xmobar invisible
• [x] dpi in chrome is screwy
• [x] brushing the touchpad causes a click (trying out https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Touchpad_Synaptics#Disable_trackpad_while_typing)
• [x] real console font is tiny
• [x] cannot change screen brightness
• [x] power button turns computer off, would be nice if it put the computer to standby instead
• [x] closing lid puts computer to sleep
