I propose adding a dedicated section for PostgreSQL resources in the DBMS (Database) directory.

Contents of PostgreSQL/readme.md:

• Understanding the PostgreSQL architecture
• Core concepts and SQL basics

Advanced PostgreSQL:

• Advanced SQL queries and functions
• PL/pgSQL programming

• Popular libraries and extensions (PostGIS, hstore, pg_cron)
