I propose adding a dedicated section for HTML resources in the programming language documentation.

Contents of HTML/readme.md:

HTML Basics:
- Understanding the structure of HTML documents
- Basic tags and elements (e.g., <html>, <head>, <body>, <p>, <div>, <a>)
- Attributes and their usage (e.g., id, class, src, href)
Advanced HTML:
- Semantic HTML and its importance
- Forms and input elements (e.g., <form>, <input>, <textarea>, <select>)
- HTML5 features (e.g., <video>, <audio>, <canvas>, <svg>)
HTML Tools and Libraries:
- Text editors and IDEs for HTML development
- Browser developer tools for debugging
