Explain feature request

To enhance the user experience , adding CSS and changing the hover effect to it. for eg . there is courses section on the home page including App development , compiler design , computer graphics etc ,

Explain your solution

When you keep you cursor on the one of the course option the box color should be changed and also the box shadow can be added to it
