Requesting Pull Request for modification in grammar and adding resource (Kindly ignore the PR I had submitted before.. I have closed it anyway.)

Description

1- In the Python File under programming languages, changed Advance Level Projects to Advanced Level Projects (grammatical error) 2- Web Development section: Added Bro-Code channel for gaining knowledge in frontend + an intro to his channel

SUGGESTION: Under frontend in web dev, in the Youtube channel section: under Dev Ed description, React is not a front-end framework, it is a library if I'm not wrong. Pl correct me if I'm wrong.
