🐞 [BUG] - The "Programming Languages" section is a complete mess

Describe the bug

All the elements in the programming languages sections are overlapping each other. The entire section is a mess. It needs to be fixed immediately.

Expected behavior

I expected the list of languages written, then the testimonial sections follows it. Instead, all of them are overlapping.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Resource Hub website
2. Click on Programming Languages card.
3. You can see the bug
