[Feature Request] Add sound and particle effects to various actions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is a lack of feedback to the player when doing certain actions.

Describe the solution you'd like Add particle and/or sound effects to actions or mechanics in the mod. Some examples:

• Rituals Sound effect similar to the level-up sound. Purple particles like the Nether portal/endermen.
• Jump wand Create white "landing" particles when a mid-air jump occurs.
• Teleport wand Same effects as when an Enderman teleports.
• Fireball wand Fire particles and a sound when a fireball is launched.
