Sometimes you want to absorb gold in smaller or larger increments than a single block.

Change the gold_absorb ritual to take a variable amount of gold blocks, ingots, and nuggets and award the appropriate mana.

We could instead change gold absorption into an item or different block.

This would require re-working rituals to take a variable number of components, but that may be beneficial in the future.
