Mixed material ritual circles look fairly ugly. With this change, you could make each pillar mixed material. E.g., netherrack pillars with one block of quartz at the base and the top, instead of having 3 netherrack pillars and one quartz pillar.

Change the pillar power calculation to consider each block individually, instead of the whole pillar being forced to be one material.
