[Feature Request] Place ritual components on block instead of throwing them.

Add feature similar to Thaumcraft's "arcane pedestal" where items can be placed on them by right clicking. The placed items appear floating but can't be picked up (unless you sneak right click). This would improve rituals if done for ritual components and outputs.
