Support for macOS Sierra

Would you like to pull my commits providing support for macOS Sierra, and create and provide a new release?

support for macOS Sierra (10.12); includes changing the code from Garbage collector to ARC (cherry-picked from another fork of Fraise)
removed support for OS X 10.11 and earlier (persons who did not have updated to macOS Sierra yet should simply use the previous version of Fraise)
removed 32bit support (I don't know who would need it any more)

(my primary goal to provide these changes is to keep Fraise alive, because I think this great editor is it worth; but I don't want to maintain my fork if you are willing to maintain the app in future)

Fraise doesn't work with the current macOS, and development is discontinued.

I suggest to use the renamed fork "Erbele" of Fraise which is working with the current macOS: https://github.com/abentele/Erbele/releases
