Cannot install on Win 10 64-bit due to "Setup Log" #80

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with install SratchJr from the website. Specifically, after I finish the installation, then click on the Sratch file and this window pops up

And then I clicked open, it shows something related to the "SquirrelSetup.txt".

I did do some research, they said I should open it as The Administator, but I also tried but failed.

How can I find out the solution?

Please help me!!
