cant download from japan market - 44010 #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to download, but show cant download because not at that country. 

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
Google io tab

Please provide any additional information below.
Is it because of the market enabler or the network im using?

Attach a logcat output if possible.

Do you mean it doesnt work for japan market only or is it not working for all 
market that you try to fake?

It doesn't allow download out of the country? So any VPN I could try with? For 
Japan
