Restricted apps are shown but cannot be downloaded #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Choose a provider to emulate, say T-Mobile US.
2.Open Google Play Store, search for a restricted app, say Chrome Beta.
3.Try install the app.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
App is supposed to be downloaded but instead you get "Error. This item cannot 
be installed in your country".

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
- Samsung Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.0.2
- Google Play Store 3.5.15
- MarketAccess 1.0.6

Please provide any additional information below.
Additional information? Let me see, like... I'm in China?

Attach a logcat output if possible.
