fakeOnBoot not working #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing MarketEnabler & donatation key
2. Setting provider to T-Mobile or AT&T - both Fake now & Fake on boot
3. Provider is set OK and works... the next boot it returns to the original 
carrier and I have to set it manually again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: setting VZW or AT&T on boot, Instead: my carrier

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
ME 3.1.1.3 Donate | Play Market 3.9.16
AOKP JB M1 (4.1.2) - LeanKernel 4.5 | Galaxy Nexus

Please provide any additional information below.
I had Market Unlocker before, it had the same problem sometimes. That's why I 
switched

Attach a logcat output if possible.
