Not working on Galaxy Note II #186

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set custom
2.changing to 310150 (USA AT&T)
3.set to this values

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
auto fake on change: not set

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
latest one

Please provide any additional information below.

Attach a logcat output if possible.

when going to the market and trying to download a US restricted app it still 
doesnt allow me to do so

I had the same problem.

Galaxy Note II LTE running Android 4.1.1

I went to "Manage Applications" and deleted the data for google Play, then 
restarted google Play, and the US apps now appear with USD prices.
