Market Enabler faked SIM value but market still local #189

What steps will reproduce the problem?
No need to reproduce, it worked in Market Enabler and market changed the 
currency but US apps is not displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see US application but instead it shows locat apps.

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
Using paid ver3113, play store 3.10.10, on Galaxy S2 DXKLP ICS standard rooted 
ROM
Please provide any additional information below.

Attach a logcat output if possible.
