application doesn't install #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download the app
2.open it with installer
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"could not parse the package"

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
3.0.7 Cyanogen 6.0RC1

Please provide any additional information below.

Attach a logcat output if possible.

1. Why dont you use the latest version (3.0.8)?
2. How did you download it? (on the phone directly or via PC)
3. From where did you download it?
