Clean up of various parts of the templates

Replaced tabs for indentation with proper spaces to have only spaces for indentation
Added the btn-default class to all buttons where it was missing
Added relations between labels and the elements they are labeling using the naming schema Django uses by default (might become handy in the future)
Added additional meta tags required by Bootstrap 3
Moved the button for adding records in list_zone.html out of the table to get cleaner markup
Swapped out the used version of Bootstrap against the minified one.
Removed the commented out old code from delete_record_initial.html, because that's why we have version control

I did a fairly significant refactor of the templates when I moved to Bootstrap 3. You might want to refactor this patch to see what is still needed.

Well, I noticed your update to Bootstrap 3. That why I closed my pull request to achieve that (#28) and opened this one as the first one in a series to change some stuff which would've been part of my Bootstrap 3 pull request.

So in short: This pull request has been created after your refactoring, so yes, it's still up-to-date (except for the comments in the HTML code you removed earlier today, but that shouldn't be a problem for merging).
