Plot the pan-core genome #1

Data for the plot is in ./data/10.clades/03.ogs/miga-project.core-pan.tsv of a clade project. The R code is in ./utils/core-pan-plot.R of the MiGA code. The plot as a pdf is in ./data/10.clades/03.ogs/miga-project.core-pan.pdf.

This issue has been addressed in Rmd examples and with a function that makes the plot using ggplot2.
